As Customer Experience Director, it is my role to ensure that our Customer Service Representatives strive every day to improve the customer experience. We do that by entering orders and quotes in a timely fashion and building great relationships. We work to distribute the workload amongst our staff for maximum efficiency. I ensure Customer Satisfaction and visit all of our over 40 Autocrib customers regularly to ensure all processes and procedures are effectively benefiting the customer and that we are providing them top notch service!
