Director of Customer Support and Analytics


As Director of Customer Support and Analytics I am responsible for ensuring that the needs of our customers are understood and executed on by the PF Markey team. I oversee our business processes, both internally and externally. Through a variety of reporting tools and mechanisms, my team works closely with our customers to provide them with the information they need to make data-driven decisions that increase their bottom line.
I worked for 2 years in residential construction, 1 year as a warehouse operator and 2 years in inside sales.
Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University
The element that I like most about working at PF Markey is the tight-knit, family-like atmosphere. Our staff is comprised of a fantastic group of caring and compassionate individuals.
I specialize in business analytics, process engineering, and team leadership. I also have a passion for identifying and integrating value-added components that are positively reflected as quantifiable measures.
When I’m not working, I enjoy a plethora of hobbies. My top three are cars, motorcycles and extreme sports. I’m a gearhead who is always looking for the next adrenaline rush.
